Can someone help me fix this?

Not install i mean Fix my Install Shield problem.
I have windows vista and i was referred to this site to fix a problem with my printer driver installation
There is no Vista instructions!

I get this far and i dont know where to go or what to do from here.
I followed the XP instructions as far as i could

This:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Explorer\Shell Folders
Is the location of the registry value that you want to edit. In the screenshot you posted, you are only in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Now, you want to click on SOFTWARE. Then, click on Microsoft (on the left hand side of the screenshot you posted, where you have a view of the folder tree). Then, click on windows, etc. until you get to Shell Folders. Follow the instructions from there.

I really need help fixing this. For some reason i cannot even download anything off the net either.
