Hi can someone help me pls?
I've got a computer with a problem. Windows starts up (very) fast, works like normal, just suddenly windows crashes (either bsod or at first explorer after that it just hangs with a message popping up referring to I/O fault status 0xblabla.
After that you can either press the reset button or switch it off and on. when reset, then the bios passes and the raid controller comes up but doesn't recognize the hds. if on/off then everything ok(for the first 5-10 minutes).

Very important pc with important files, I prefer not to open the thing, for that I have my info from windows (If necessary I can open it tomorrow):

Following config:
ASUS M4A87TD EVO bios 2011/10/24
AMD 6x processor
16Gb RAM
JMicron JMB36X Controller
Silicon Image SiI3124 controller
2 x Samsung 2Tb hds
1 x 100Gb SSD

System C:\Windows 7 professional on the SSD
The Samsungs on software RAID 1; 3 partitions of which on the first most programs are installed.

thx in advance,

Remco Sas

Scan your hard drives using Samsung's diagnostic tools and whatever brand the SSD is. Make sure the SSD's firmware is up-to-date. You can use the program HDtune to identify the firmware. Then do a memtest.
