Can someone help?

My computer keeps freezing and someone suggested i download hijackthis. I have and this is what it says. Im not sure what to delete?

The good thing is, the newer versions of HijackThis all have ways to replace entries you remove just in case you actually find out you needed them.

Also, what AV program do you have and is it up to date? When was the last scan? When did this get slow? Over time or all of a sudden?

My Interpretation--
Only needed if you actually use your computer to watch TV:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RemoteControl] "C:\Program

These are not really needed unless you are constantly changing video settings and need quick access to the controls in the system tray:
