Can someone recommend a new GPU for me

Hi,

Posted here a couple times but this time i'm ready to upgrade ASAP.

System as follows:

Motherboard - GA-78LMT-USB3
CPU - AMD fx 6300 six core BULLDOZER over clocked to 3.7ghz
RAM - 8GB
GPU - AMD HD6670 -2GB

I am well aware the card is outdated. Im looking to play the new COD and some other demanding games at a decent fps and good graphics. budget £150-200. I have a 500W power supply, not sure of the make.

Any recommendations with links?

You might be able to find an R9 290 or gtx 970 in that price range, right around the 200 mark.
