Can someone recommend me a monitor?

I play css alot and at the moment I have a HDTV as a monitor, the refresh rate is only 60hz and I dont even know the response time. I want to buy a monitor to use for gaming, not necessarily a gaming monitor just one good enough for gaming. Looking for one at £150 max, between 1366x768 and 1680x1050 res, 19-22", and at least 75hz refresh rate. Anyone know of any monitors that meet my demands?

I found a bunch that meet your price and resolution requirements, but the refresh rate was only 60Hz for many of them. Personally, I like this one:
