Not really understanding what your problem is.

Win 7 keeps track of pictures, documents, music and such in virtual folders called libraries.

The stuff isn't all thrown together in one folder, it just looks that way so you can (theoretically) find your stuff again when you look for it.

I don't doubt there is a setting you can change to put your view back to the way is used to be. (classic view setting, maybe?)

Yeah, those folders are still there, you can see the folder path that each of those groups is under... I never use the "Libraries" feature myself, but it is a handy way of finding some stray pictures that are in a random folder that you forgot about...

No, if you look up right below where it says "Pictures Library" it says "4 locations". The pictures are still in the My Documents and My Pictures locations, Windows 7 just has a new function where it combines all similar type of files in several different locations in to one "Library" to make it easier to find a particular file of a particular type that you are looking for... :)

By default there are on 4 items in Libraries.

Documents
Music
Pictures
Videos

These are merely short-cuts to the originating folder.

The point I'm making is that everything is in the Pictures Library when they shouldn't be.

Well the thing is the print screen depicts my Pictures folder so theoretically with a mouse jerk I've dragged the documents into the pictures folder inadvertently from the start menu? as it wasnt like this before

Another question as well if you have time, is it normal after upgrading the Driver for your monitor that the Windows Experience Index Requests you Retest your computers hardware as it recalls "new hardware has been installed" this is isnt a fault?

Do you give a monkey's toss about "Windows Experience"? I Know I don't.

I'd ignore it mate because if you know your box has the guts to run what you want then who cares about what MS has to say.

I have no idea, all i know is that the thing keeps updating every single day:

heres so far:
