can somone please tell me wat graffics card i can use with my dell 250w psu agp card

im looking for a graffics card anythink better then the intergrated graffics i have i no i will be linited two older cards low end but wat cards can i safely put in my conputer without damagein it 128 or 256mb card needed i keep getin told diffrent opions on cards an just need a card dat will defintly work with my conputer or even a basic pci card? .sorry for the spellin thanks

im runnin p4 3gz ht
1 hard drive
1 floppy
1 wireless card
dvd rewiter
i think the psu has 18 amps
