Can this desktop support a video card?

I found out my parents had an extra computer or something, and I'm wondering if I can put in a video card for it. It's a eMachines T6414.
 
Yes. Skimming around and that computer does in fact have a PCI-Express. I'd double check inside, but according to the sites I found, you could essentially use any GPU available today. However, you'll probably need a more powerful power supply and it could probably use more RAM (they apparently only have 512MB stock)

Do you won't this to play all games on high or do you just want it to be playable. What is you budget. $150 will get you a nice GPU like the 4850 and a PSU good enough to handle a better card in the future.
