Can very skilled hackers plant stuff on computer

I managed to anger a lot of people and I was told I was hit listed sucka and that if need be they would go as far as putting illegal porn as well as editing social media posts so I would get in trouble. Can a skilled hacker or hackers of motivated enough plant stuff on your computer or cause your computer to do stuff by remote access that law enforcement would have a hard time determining who did it?

To be honest your firewall should do all the work with protecting your data and such. Sounds like a scare tactic if you ask me.
For them to do anything that you list above they would need to remote log onto your computer which as far as i know is via IP address via CMD , but most people have dynamic IP addresses nowadays so they change every time you log onto the internet

What if you stay logged on? I keep my computer on a lot like days at a time ect. This is very personal to these people I provided a great source of entertainment for them, and I kind of gathered a following of individuals who want to see me suffer as much as possible.

Well it depends on how long the lease on your IP is via your internet service provider. They need to get your IP address first ! And like i said your firewall is there to protect you too. You can always set it to strict if you wish if it gives you any more peace of mind.

My situation is rather unique, if I got into the full extent of it it might sound like a plot to a bad B movie. Picture top level anonymous level hackers pissed at me and wanting me to suffer. The goal is to get my thrown in jail. If it goes to trial will computer forensics people be able to prove it wasn't me? As I said I pissed some very bad people off like in the 1% type people. Truthfully I've never been more scared in my entire life, and there have been times where I've faced situations where I could have been killed if I made the wrong decision. It started off as a small thing but morphed into what it is today. I still expect to me crushed like a bug due to how big it's gotten and who I pissed off. This situation has been going on for awhile, though it started off as I said small.

If you are that scared then make sure you are using a hardware firewall such as a router and then install a software firewall so that you get notifications when someone is trying to get into your network.

Can it be done though? This has been going on awhile and as I said it started off as a minor you tube troll hacking me then morphed into something much larger and more serious due to several reasons and the way I reacted to it all. I expect I'll be going to court in the near future and am just curious. I was more or less openly mocked because I'm such a luddite with computers, someone sent a message saying "I know you are dumb but just shut the power off on your computer" and something else, should have taken a screenshot, what I'm afraid of most likely already happened.

When this goes to court I'm just wondering is all. There are a number of people out there who want to f**k me any way they can due to various reasons. It stopped being a mere troll long ago. Certain people in a certain community want to see me hang so to speak and ironically they never knew I existed until the original source of this all made me an internet celeb in certain circles. Honesty I'm amazed a meaningless nobody like me has been stalked, harassed, and targeted like I was. I think my initial reaction is the reason why it has. Can pro hackers get away with murder so to speak?

Anything is possible but it was probably just a scare tactic to get you to go away. Stop visiting the site where you got into trouble and leave things alone. Trolling will get you into trouble and banned on many forums including ours.

So then if someone is good enough it can happen, wonderful so much for sleeping good, though due to this all it's not like I sleep much anymore anyway. My posts aren't a troll somehow I have the wonderful luck of managing to get into insane situations. It's as I said beyond a mere troll. Even after I buy a new computer without doing any data transfer I get a message saying hehehe I win the internet I tracked you down through your I.P on a totally different site. The community that wants my head on a pike aren't your usual community, and my situation is that one and a million odds of happening situation. Hopefully then when it goes to court I can prove my innocence then thanks for your responses though.

Are you using a router or just a modem? If you are that worried over it, file a report at your local police station so they have a record of it. Don't know what else to tell you besides starting over as a good guy. Unplugging modem for a few minutes should give you a new external IP address depending on your internet provider.

Thanks, I just wanted to confirm it is all. Sadly what I got involved in I expect will end very badly for me and I expect my hell is only just beginning. I appreciate your replies. I guess that's how life works out sometimes there is no rhyme or reason for terrible events happening to people. Whether it be people in Africa starving to death en mass or some kid having cancer and dying young. I attracted the attention of in my opinion some rather sadistic people. It is what it is, I'm no stranger to suffering and pain. I guess the lesson is never become a signal always remain background noise. I was using a comcast router.

If you don't have a router GET ONE! SPI ( stateful packet inspection) will prevent unsolicited access to your computer. Get a better firewall rather then the built in Windows version like, Comodo Firewall, Armor online or Private Firewall. Before you install a software based firewall scan your computer with Malwarebytes, Herdprotect and SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition. To ensure your firewall doesn't learn a rouge routine. I would also run TDsskiller for rootkits. If you REALLY want protection check out Untangle.

Social Networking sites such as Facebook can be hacked usually by clicking crap that gets delivered to your E-mail. If you get anything in your E-mail that says log in here to view this post DON'T DO IT! You could go through all your security settings in Facebook and change things. Like only allow yourself to see who your friends are. Remember that certain so-called apps that advertise Facebook color changes and shit are rouge. Above all else common sense goes a long way.

Do you have a router? I can tell you how to change your IP address by using the MAC address clone feature. Unless you are using PPOE DSL. I heard you can change your IP address in PPOE, but I can't remember off hand how to do it. Would have to Google.

Consider using multiple E-mail addresses. One for forums and junk and one for your bank, PayPal, eBay, etc. I have more than four E-mail addresses. Use a VPN. https://torrentfreak.com/which-vpn-services-take-your-anonymity-seriously-2014-edition-140315/

You know how you have to answer a secret question to retrieve your password? Don't give a direct answer. Like if the question is, "what is your favorite color." Don't answer by saying green, instead say, "three bears" or something that is completely random that only you know the answer to. Mine is always a sentence.

I just want to add something here about VPN's and software based firewalls. I ALWAYS used Comodo Firewall but it played HELL with my VPN software. Proabbly due to the modules and kernel level driver crap. So I tried Armor Online and it was okay, but it played hell with Sandboxie so I had to ditch it. I finally went with Private Firewall. Everything works as it should, but I keep having to allow the VPN process and all other crap associated with the VPN software. I don't know if the signatures keep changing or what but it's a pain in the ass. I'd just use the Windows Firewall, but stupid uTorrent puts its little self in the allow IN connections in the firewall. NEVER do you allow anything on the input side, only output if you trust it like a browser. I have a netbook set up in the kitchen with an external monitor I call the kitchen kiosk and it has XP. I currently have the Windows Firewall on and uTorrent is disabled in the firewall and I can still share a distro using what is called Peer Exchange. So input through the firewall is NEVER needed.

Also, make sure UPnP is off in the router. Never use UPnP. It means Universal Plug and Play, but in the security world is often called Universal Plug and Prey.

Go here and see if UPnP is off and check for open ports.
