witch one would be better performance for gaming, i can make the back to school 1700, but i gotta choose a monitor first
 
OMG!! DON'T BUY THE DELL!!! I really am against Dell because I have not had good relations with them (i.e. system breaks, bad customer service and technical support). Also, ibuypower is cheaper and I got a system from them and I love it!
 
EDIT made a new choice on the processor for the ibuypower

it might change again when i choose CRT or LCD
 
If you REALLY wanna pay about 1 grand more, go ahead. The only thing that is better bout alienware is that you know that your machine will last forever, unlike ibuypower where there is a chance that your machine might break or be DOA.

i built an alienware abou the same as the ibuypower, was just a tad bit more on the tag, but paying for a good name brand

Are you kidding me dell fixed all my problems really quick. I broke my CD drive and got a new one in 2 days. Sure I had to install it but it was great service.
