Can you recommend a new GPU?

So right now I feel that a few (very little) games are having trouble (5-15 fps) running on the highest settings in 1920 x 1080. I am hoping to replace x2 XFX ATi Radeon 5750's 1GB Crossfire with something under $200. Can I get some advice?

System Specs:
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T OC 3.8 Ghz
x2 ATi Radeon 5750's 1GB
4GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 Professional 64bit
AOC 24 in 1080p Monitor
 
800W what? What model, what 12V rail amperage? I would suggest that 2 x 5750 will not be a huge difference to a 560. Also what resolution do you play at?
