can you tell me if i need to change anything on this setup

You do need a power supply and that graphic card er um is ok if your not going to play games but at least get a X700 there about the same price. Also from what I can tell your not a hardcore gamer so a Athlon 64 3000+ will do just fine for you.

i have the powersupply listed there and i do play alot of games like battlefield 2 flatout driver 3 halflife 2 and i have a ati radeon X300 and is that better or worse than the graphics card i chose cause i dont need to play everything on the highest setting i have a dell 18inch lcd ultrasharp with the digital hookup on there so it works just fine for me

I think its ugly and over priced. You can get a better case with a all right power supply for like $40.

What's ugly about it? It has no plastic and great ventilation. The less gaudy, the better, in my book.

i think the case is ugly too but oh well, everyone has a different taste

i think its a good comp, might wna get 2.5 cas for the ram but i dont thing it will matter too much since u wont be overclocking. if you wanted to play games even better then u should get at least cas 2.5 and a 6600gt but thats up to you.

i think u should switch to 2 40 gig sata hd's so u can run raid and if possible up the mobo to a sata 2 connection and then up the 2 40's to sata 2. Not to mention sata 2 hd's aint that much more $ then sata 150

The mesh makes it look like crap in my book. (book of bum) O and I must have skipped over the Powersupply 2 times because i did a double check lol.

For 3 bucks more you can get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102537 and it has more power to play battlefield 2 on higher setting than the X600.

my computer is used for gaming and watching videos and some multitasking and not much of anything else
That was ... um... informative ;) ... so why that videocard?

its all i can afford but i can go higher for the video card and is the card i picked out better than ati radeon x300

yeh i found out the case model
hmm manufacturer's website didnt show me (or my firewall killed it) the specs on the PSU.. have a look at PSU 101 to see what to look for in a PSU.

A suggestion ... havnt looked deep into it ... you can get a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum, you can skip the actual soundcard ... and maybe jack the videocard then :)
