that processor is fine. its what im buying too. btw have you looked at newegg.com? theyre prices are cheaper on there.

that video card is way overpriced. you can get an x700 pro 128MB for $108

Get a 6600gt. DO believe you're forgetting windows/hard drive/ optical drives/ monitor/keybaord/speakers/mouse/as5/floppy maybe unless all of these are being re-used or already have.
