can you uninstall vista and go back to xp

Well I got vista, and upgraded over xp pro and honestly its hassle to do anything on this system. it takes forever start up and shut down, and on alot of my files it says i dont have permission to look at it and im the administrator, and i lost all my music i think and i tunes doesnt work anymore it lost the location.. wtf im not not totally impressed with vista, but it does have a few goodies that are cool but is it possible to go back to xp

If you upgraded over XP, you should have a option in your Add/remove programs list to uninstall Vista, which will in turn take you back to XP, providing you had it save your previous settings when you installed Vista.
