Cannon S50 not working!!

Hey I got a new Canon S50 which works fine. However when I tried connecting the digicam with my PC it does not get detected by my computer.
I think the problem is with the Cannon Cd. Plz help me out ......

dude,

i just bought a Sd600 and i have a similar problem. Although, i can view the images using windows explorer, but no thru zoom browser the EOS utility. I even reinstalled the software and still no luck. I am steady working on it, tell me if you find an answer.
