Cannot copy VOB file

Hi friends

I have a .vob file on DVD and some portion of it damaged.Window cannot copy the file.I want to learn from the experts that any software available to repair and copy entire file OR ignore damaged portion and copy the residual ?
 
I have download the download.exe and run it and it installs several small software in my system but not the one I want .It also took me to some site for registration.pls let me know the download link of the software.
 
What several small software???
It's a simple EXE program installer.It doesn't install ANY several small software.
You downloaded something wrong obviously...

During the installation process,do not install things like toolbars and similar.Just install the software.
And no registration is required...
