Cannot install in XP

can anyone help me, I ahve two additional minor errors, these are due to XP
Exptected Errors due to format.. I tried to re-instla it in agian but failed afta leavintg de room.. come back and XP had given me the bottom error

NTLDR is missing.
ctrl+alt+del

top one can be fixable as once XP is installed in the error may not remain again.... I had few months ago changed my motherboard.. dere afta the XP worked fully... im worred taht once i intall it, and then tke it out afta completion it wil say de sme thing.. derefore id mean taht XP would run on CD only..

INF file txtsetup.sif is corrupt or missing status 32768 press enter to exit, however it remianj on the screen after it is configuering the system it goes past the blue screen then after a while or so it comes to the message...

how do I stop this from happening??? and how can i resolve this???

I have 98 one prob I have a OEM verion XP 98 CD when i stuck in 98 it worked but am worried that the second hard drive wll gt wiped off as i ahve stored data on it... ... am woired that once i use 98 and thn put in XP, the data on the second will gt wiped off totally causing me to lose everything...

c:\ is where XP and othr programs was stored

my pcs a fitisu siemen, the orginal Cd that cme with my machien is an OEM version... the quick format works but ful format doesnt, the prob in this is that the CD shuldnt get courped or damaged as their r no smers on de CD, the C itself is in mint condition

what do i do? how can I resovle this,,.... for the last couple of weeks or so ie been using another machine on the network at home
 
dont understand your second problem but as for the first one, you needent have changed your motherboard. "NTLDR is missing" messages normally occur when the option for "master boot record antivirus protection" (or something like that) is on in the BIOS. Good thing from an antivirus point of view but a bad thing when you are installing an OS as the bootloader needs to be installed there
