Cannot move My videos folder to default location

A while ago I had moved my videos folder to my D:\ Drive so I could free up some 20 gigs on my ssd. Well the hard drive is going bad and I wanted to move some of those files back to my SSD. I tried My videos<Properties<Location<Restore Default, but its saying access is denied. I can't just do C:\Users\....\My Videos, because it automatically sets it to the current location of the folder which is D:\....\my videos.

This is the only user account on the PC is an administrator so I don't understand why it is giving me the access denied message. I also tried going to my C:\Users\.... folder and restoring a previous version I made from before, but that failed too. Any suggestions, I don't want to do a clean OS install.
