Can't access BIOS? Black screen! help me plz!

IT's an AIO... it can't access BIOS and can't boot into windows.
Everytime i turn it on, it remains black screen and makes some beeps!
Can anyone help me?

all in one ? If you know what make the mobo is and look on the support site it will tell you how many beeps mean what ,, try reseating the ram

I recommend you to install Operating System from recovery disks.

Exactly how does it beep? The beep code corresponds to specific errors.
