Can't Access My Website from My Home Network

I cannot access my externally hosted website via http or sftp from any of my local machines within my home network unless I use a proxy site like anonymouse.org or such to access it. Other friends and family can access the website with no problems. The hosting service did not find any problems either.

I am using ATT Uverse (and cannot change my dns). I have windows, apple, linux, android and ios devices, none of which can access the website.

I'm not pinning the problem to anything specific, but could your firewall/anti-virus be blocking the website?
