Can't Access Netflix on Windows Machine

So I reinstalled Windows 7 on my HTPC, and when I tried to load Netflix, it says that there's a security issue and it won't load the website. It does this in both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, and it's only happening on my HTPC; my MacBook loads it just fine. Never had this issue before and other websites load just fine.

Here's what I get when I try to load Netflix on Chrome and IE:

Clicking on "More" doesn't let me connect to Netflix.

I reinstalled Windows because I got a new motherboard and CPU, and it was time for a purge anyway. I didn't have a virus.

I said "more information" not "more". 2 different spots. However, netflix has been having security issues lately, its in the news.

Yeah, "more information" doesn't let me connect either. Just gives me useless info.

Weird. Are you using your own isp's dns servers? Might want to contact netflix.

Yes, I'm using my ISP's DNS servers. Guess I'll see what Netflix has to say..

Is the time set correctly in the HTPC? If the time and date is correct try OpenDNS servers.
