Can't boot windo

Hello friends,
Recently I installed Fedora 10 in my laptop which already had Windows XP in it. Windows XP was installed in c: drive. So I installed linux in d: drive as secondary OS. After installing linux, I am not able to log into windows XP. When I restart my computer, there r 2 options available on the screen.
1.) Fedora 10
2.) Windows XP

But when I select windows XP, there is an error popping out "BOOTMGR is missing. Press ctrl+Alt+del to restart".

I tried heaps of times to boot into windows. But I am still not able to do that. :( I also tried to repair using the Windows XP installation CD. But what happens is, when I boot from my CD, my computer stops responding. I don't know what to do. I tried to configure the GRUB list in linux as well. But nothing works out. I am still happy because I am able to access files that I saved in Windows. But I am not able to boot into windows.

Anyone here can help me out with this issue? It would be really helpful if you do that. You guys r my only hope... :-(

Boot from your XP intallation disc and enter the recovery console.

Once there, type the following:

Code:
bootrec /FixBoot

This should fix the issue for you.
