Cant Connect to 192.168.0.1 Need Help

I Cant Not Connect to 192.168.0.1 to set up my modem it just keep saying that this page can not be display while my laptop can but not my newly built computer please help

modem is Netgear DM111P
 
Does it say anything about limited connectivity when you connect the router to your PC?
What about your PC's IP configuration?
