Can't connect to internet through router.

Ok, trying to hook my work laptop up to the internet at home. My boss seems to have it blocked. It connects wirelessly to the server at work as soon as I switch it on in the office. I am connecting to a Belkin_G_Plus_Mimo_ADSL Router. I am using windows XP and connecting through IE. When I run the windows network diagnostic tool i get the following report.

I dont understand it, other than i know that 1.1.1.1. is not correct.

Any ideas?
