Can't connect to internet!

So I just bought a new PC and a Linksys USB network adapter. The adapter manages to connect to the router, however I do not have internet access. This is weird because all the other computers in my house are able to connect to the internet no problem. This is the second adapter I bought that has this problem they worked on another computer so that isn't the problem. What's weird is that when I tethered internet from my phone, I was able to connect my PC to my phone. I have all the drivers up to date. Does anyone know what the problem is? I really need help!
 
Has this machine been connected online at all? Try connecting with an ethernet cable and see if you can connect. If not, then you have an issue with your system and may have malware on it.
