Can't connect to wireless network.

My new acer won't connect to my mom's wireless network at her work. I've entered the right key, and I was able to connect but with limited access (no internet), then I restarted the computer and now I can't connect at all. What is wrong? Please help.

Sounds like you have MAC address filtering enabled on the router. If your old computer was allowed and this one is not..

I reset the DSL modem, and it fixxed the problem.
