Can't connect

I can't go online unless I'm in safe mode. Right before this problem , I installed my old webcam using the disc that came with it. I had this cam hooked up in the past with no problems. Tried deleting it but can't, it says ; Windows installer could not be accessed. I have Windows seven.
 
I would suggest you to run a malware scan on your system. Do you have malwarebytes installed? I would suggest using that first. If no malware then do a system restore back to when it was working correctly.
 
Can you please post the logfile from it, you may not be infection free yet. I would also like for you to post a hijackthis log. To do that do the following.

Download the HijackThis installer from here.
Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.

Vista and Windows 7 users must right click on the hijackthis icon and click on run as. If the run as option doesn't appear then press and hold the shift key while right clicking on the icon to get it to appear.



Click Do a system scan and save a logfile

Most of what HijackThis lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

Post the logfile that HijackThis produces along with the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log

To find the malwarebytes log, open malwarebytes, click on the logs tab and open the log that you just did and copy and paste the contents back here.
