cant decide between 2 video cards

ok, i posted about 3 different forums on here about building a new computer. this is the first computer i've ever built and i've been getting a lot of different suggestions for what video card to use. and now im stuck between these 2:

im starting to get really confused about which parts are compatible or not. im also not entirely sure if everything will fit in the case. so far these are all the parts (not including the GPU) im going to use:

its not that i dont trust everyone who has helped me before. its just getting a little bit out of hand with everyone saying which parts i should use, or which one is better than the other. im just getting all mixed up.

^+1 runs cool and quiet too. i own that model

I'd go for the GTX460 over the 5770 any day. The 460 overclocks ridiculously well, to the point where it competes with much more expensive cards.
