I just can't decide between the two, which one do you think would be the better one for gaming and general computing point of view. I need to get one of them today and your suggestions could help me out!

Definitely the HP, and pick the option with 2 or 4gb of RAM. eMachine's are disastrous products.

HP it is then, however there is another option which is costing me a bit more but its a 2.0GHZ Intel Dual Core, you can see the complete specifications here

.. it consists of a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3420 which goes with it and comparing it with HD 3200 it shows better performance than the 3200. I think its a obvious choice if I get the Intel Dual Core WITH the HD 3420 ( there are variations for some crappy intel integrated cards, check out the specifications to get a fine idea )
