Can't Decide!!

I am looking at the these two motherboards. Since I know nothing about this stuff some help on which one would be better is greatly needed.

This computer is going to be used for video and music production.

Both are available at newegg.

With $50, you'd better go for Asus

I would go with the cheaper one but make sure you dont give up quality
