Can't Deleat Programs

My wife's laptop is very crowded. It uses XP. There are several large programs she does not use that I have deleted through Control Panel. However, there are several that don't give me the option to delete, only some info as how often used.

You might have to uninstall it from it's source, example: My computer > Local disk > Program files > (file name) > go to it and see if there is an .exe file that says "uninstall".

And some of the ones that aren't deletable/uninstallable are part of the OS, like Internet Explorer.
