cant delete file

Aleksa, how did you solve this problem? I have the same thing going on and even in safe mode it wont allow me to delete the file?

I moved your post into a new thread since the one you posted in was 6 years old. What file are you trying to delete? Use the programs called "unlocker" or "file assassin". Just do a google search to find the programs. On my phone and hard to post links.
