Can't disable Windows Defender

I use my computer mainly for gaming. I use Nod32, CCleaner, Advance System Care, and MalwareBytes. My problem is that I can't permanently disable Windows Defender. Every time I reboot it comes back on. It's affecting my gaming experience. I wish I can wipe it out completely. Any ideas?

First, ditch advanced system care, because it's garbage.
Second, Windows automatically disables Defender when another AV is installed.

If Windows automatically disables Defender when another AV is installed why is it on?
I'm not using the Advance System Care Anti-

But you have Nod32 installed which is anti virus program. What operating system are you on?

Yep, once you install a AV program onto Windows based system, Windows Defender by default should disable itself.

Or just go with Windows Defender. They are all crap anyway and one is no better than the other. Your best defence against viri is don't go anywhere you shouldn't and don't open unknown attachments.
