Can't enter true windows xp

Give me some help. please. I can't enter true XP. I mean there aren't taskbar menu and desktop of course. I've only got to run explorer with taskmanager. So, I think there are problem with my registry editor. Can someone help me to solve this?!

what happens when you try going in safe mode?

Tried doing a recovery with your xp disk...that is of course you have the disk?
