Can't even boot from CD

This is my first thread on these forums, so hi everyone!

I have a fairly old Tiny PC (Windows ME...). Yesterday, I was working on it and left the computer on whilst I went to do something else. When I came back the screen was only showing the Tiny logo that comes up on startup. I left it for a while but nothing happened, so I restarted the computer and the same thing happened. It stuck on the Tiny logo.

If you're quick, you can hit delete and go into the BIOS. I had a look around there and the only thing that seemed out of place was that the computer wasn't picking up a primary HD, but a primary slave seeming to only show half the size of my HD. I can't remember if that was all it ever showed or not though so I'm not sure if that has actually changed.

So I tried to boot from the recovery CD and nothing happened. The recovery floppy didn't work either, even though they are both in the boot sequence.

So, I can't physically do anything as far as I know.

Any help?! lol

That mixed with my hayfever is annoying, but at least the world cup is on!

Thanks everyone, Ian

Dont think i mentioned this actually, but the funny thing is, I don't have a slave drive. I only have 1 HD.
