Can't Figure Out Windows 7 Problem

Hey. I've been fiddeling with Windows 7 a little bit and I've noticed that there are padlocks on my folders on the c:/ drive and in My Documents. When I click on the folder, it says: C:/Users/Public/Documents/My...is not accessible. Access is Denied. Now I've been trying to find out how to set permissions but when I try to change them, is says Acess is Denied. Anyone else have this problem and have a fix to it?

Try hitting the start menu, clicking on your display picture, and disabling UAC. I have a padlock of a couple of folders too but they dont give an access is denies, try disabling it, if that dont work post back;)

UAC has nothing to do with folder permissions.

There's no need to "Disable" UAC as they made it adjustable.
It's there for your security.

Do you have more than one User Account on your pc?

No, it only shows it as me (Administrator) and Guest.
