Can anyone tell me if this board is any good?

Good question, and heres my answer: because the nForce 570 has more features and I dont need SLI.

well i would go with the second one you posted but word of caution im not sure if its that way for all asus motherboards with new processors but it was for mine ..the bios had to be flashed before it would do anything just a headsup
