can't find my printer!!!

Hi there, I was just following the instructions that some members gave me (thanks a lot!!!), when I lost all contacts with my printer. Strange isn't it?
Now when I go to "control panel" and click on "printers and faxes", nothing happen. I then try to print a document but again nothing. And now every time I switch on my computer, a message named:"spoolsv.exe" comes, which says:
The instruction at "0x7c91347e" refenced memory at "0x00e9d29c". the memory couldn't be read
 
r u sure that the printer is installed on the hardware profiles.
rightclick onmy computer, and then properties , hardware, device manager , and then click on printers
