Can't find the appropriate drivers

You know when you press Fn and Function keys to control the volume and the brightness......etc
they don't work.... also the sound is very very low that you can't hear it....

My guess is that this is a driver problem... I cant find the appropriate drivers for this Toshiba Satellite A20-s103

I guess there must be a utlility to find drivers automatically....
any help

Yea, didn't work.
I can hear the sound coming out only when i stick my ear into the speaker.
