I have a hp photosmart 3210 all-in-one printer and i can't get it to print through my network. It has an ethernet plug and when i plug it into my router and i install the software to use it on a network it won't print when it's done. When i'm using the software to install it it will recognize it but then when it's done installing i can't print from it. I can't figure out how to get it to print at all when i had it plugged into my computer with a usb cable it would work fine. I don't want to have to use a computer to print through it i just want to be able to print from any computer on my network directly to it (not having to keep the computer the printer is plugged into on)

You could elbow it out, but it is a network printer so first do this. Check in your router settings and check connected devices or attached devices, something close to that. Check that and report back the IP address's. Make sure you have your printer and pc on.

If it has a NIC I dont know why it couldn't be networked. How and where are you installing the drivers for the printer?
Well the drivers are the cd that came with it and their is an option to install through network so when i pick that it detects the printer through the network and it installs it and then when i go to print it won't print. By the way i have a linksys wireless g router.
