On my Dell dimension 2400 I am running the ATI Sapphire Radeon 9250 PCI 256Mb video card. I am having trouble getting the full screen of my pc on my Toshiba Hd projection tv through S-video. The picture on the tv is cut off all around so I cant see the full screen. The resolution is all the way up. I have tryed allmost all the settings in the ATI catalyst control system. How can I fix this?

install the actual drivers for the card, and you'll have settings to adjust the screen size.

s-video outputs are typically 'overdriven' because high-resolution images tend to "shrink" on a standard definition television, because of the strain it puts on the CRT tube (think of video games, that don't fill the entire screen, one side of the picture is always collapsed, and slightly discolored.

long story short, go into your display properties with the official drivers installed, and you should be able to adjust the placement and size of the image.
