Okay so i was using my old computer for quite awhile (not in sig) and now i got my new one back (in sig) i reformatted it because it was sitting for a while and it was junked up, getting to the point i have a "Scientific-Atlanta WebSTAR 2000 series Cable Modem" i got the CD from rogers after signing up and it worked on my older computer but now when i try to install it onto my new one it won't install. I've looked on websites (rogers and cisco) cisco makes the modem but when i look for drivers all of them lead so uninstall something but i can't find the one that installs the modem. 
Modem: Scientific-Atlanta WebSTAR 2000 series Cable Modem
ISP: Rogers
OS : Windows XP Pro Sp 2 on both computers
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
EDIT/UPDATE:
I got the modem installed but now both connections say that it's limited or no connectivity but i know the connection works because I'm using it on my older computer.
