cant load vista...

I have a new computer and Im unable to load vista the first time I turn on my computer...

Did you get hte upgrade, if so you need to have a version of xp on your pc already.

What happens? What happens when you turn your computer on? Please give us more information as its impossible to tell what your problem is from just that one sentence. A lot of things could be going wrong........

Dell vostro 200. 2gb memory, 160 hard drive. The problem is when I turn the computer for the first time to start vista it keep sending me to this blue screen where it says: f1 to continue or f2 to enter setup: and then there is a lot of options; Boot from cd etc...I dont know where to go from there....
