I have an 80GB hard drive, which i partitioned in windows 2000, that was my first mistake. It made it 32GB, and now the largest setting i can make that hard drive is 32GB. I now run things on Win xp with sp2. It is made by seagate, and I tried thier software, and it wont let me do anything. I tried partition magic, and it wont do anything above 32GB. Note that this computer is a bit older, probably when they had that limit. Any ideas on how to get my other almost 50 gigs back? thanks

Well, if you have your windows XP cd, then you can put it in your cd drive, boot off of it, and when you get to the setup screen, it will show you a list of your drives and your partitions, just click on all the partitions for that drive, delete them, then create one large one. (Just make sure to backup your documents first)
