Can't open new Task

I can't open a new tast.... everytime i click on a program it don't start.... i must click 5 to 10 times to a icon to open the program... O_O

What's the problem??
 
well, be more specific. is it just one program, is it every program ( xept your browser, obviously), did u recently make any sort of changes (downloading anything, deleting anything, moving your computer, ur computer falling especially when its turned on, ect.) if there is any sort of error shown, tell us what that says. Has it always been slow? Did u try restarting your computer then trying it?
 
i can't open ANY task... but not every time... i think it's a trojaner which start in a specific time... but kaspersky didn't find one....
