Cant read emails

Hello for a few days now ive been unable to read or delete emails from my hotmail

i can read and delete them from a different computer but not on my own, ive tryed so many things to fix this and nothing works

ive tryed to System restore to a previous date
malewarebytes
AVG
updated everything on my computer
deleted internet history
reset my internet settings
disabled plugins

and whatever else i forgot to mention, im using Firefox

any ideas on how to fix please?
