Cant reload os!!!

ok so my computer registry has been messing up lately. I have been trying to start it up these past few days and each time i do, it goes straight to the blue screen. the code that pops is the registry key is mest up. Now here is the thing.

I cant log in at all, i cant even get into safe mood, everytime it goes straight to the blue screen no matter what i do.

Is there anyway i can just reformat the drive in bios or something like that?

can someone please help i really need my computer!

i dont have an install disk, my dad worked for hp and just used a bootlegged copy of xp, still looking for that, is there anyway i can just reformat the drive in my bios?
 
To reinstall the operating system you will either need an install cd or does your computer have a recovery partition that you can boot into to reinstall the operating system?
 
not that i know of, i cant even log in or nothing, is there just anyway to reformat my drive through bios or something. cant i put that drive into my other computer and format it and load the os on like that?
 
and i have one that im using, but the computer wont boot off the disk either. i cant log it cause it goes straight o the blue screen even when i try to go into safe mode, when i try to put off the cd and still wont do it, still goes straight to the blue screen
 
in your bios did you set it to boot from the CD/DVD ROM drive instead of the hard drive? or if your computer has a boot setup, for mine is F11 and from there you choose dvd rom drive instead of hard drive to boot.
 
yea its set to the cd/dvd drive boot first, then the hard drive itsself...
i dont know, i think im just going to pop the drive into my other computer and format it like that then reload the os
