First post here. Hi All!!
My roomie can't seem to keep his mouse out of places it shouldn't be. He has a Compaq/XP/Norton. Problem: He went into "Accesssability Options"-"configure Windows to work with your vision, hearing and mobility needs"- and changed the font size. When he finished, the Minimize/full screen/Close buttons at the top right of every window is real tiny now. 1/4 of the size they were. When I tried to undo what he had done, it didn't work. I tried the same thing on my comp, Dell/XP/McAfee and it worked fine. I tried to restore his comp to an earlier date (not the first time I have had to do that for him) but it won't let me. I tried several available restore points with and without his Norton active but it always says it was unable to restore.
He wants it all back the way it was before his hand went wild with the mouse. Can someone help please?
