CAN'T SAVE PDF FILE

Hi good morning everybody..

I am using windows 8.1
while i download pdf file from online, i cant save it.
pls find the attachment and advise..

Try downloading another pdf from a different website. Sounds like a website issue.

It seems like the PDF download was incomplete. You see where it says .pdf.part? That's only part of the PDF and it's in the temp directory. Try another browser and see if it completes downloading. If not, then perhaps the source website is bonkers.
