can't save

i can't save anything on my computer, every time i i click "save target as" it doesn't give me the save screen instead it gives me a screen that says open and i it freezes!

even when i wanted to save a picture that i designed . . it gave me the same thing.

please help:confused:
 
you mean saving something from your browser, like downloading a file?
are you using Internet Explorer?
 
yes i can't save anything when I'm using internet explorer . . i downloaded Firefox and I'm able to download . . but i have the same problem when i used photo canvas . . when i want to save a picture it g:confused: ave me an open screen and i can't use the open screen it freezes
